Job description

Duration: ASAP until May 31, 2024

You build customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline. you understand your customers objectives and pitch the optimal solution to meet their needs. Must also sell the value of our solutions to a variety of stakeholders and drive continued adoption to existing customers. Also work with internal and external partners to scale the delivery of programs. Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations - making a better place to work. Working with partners, you help facilitate the way products reach thousands of users at these partners in a scaled way. Also identify opportunities to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects. Focused on delivering excellent customer care, and making sure things go smoothly for customers across the globe when they need us most.

Lead strategic plans for managed accounts by identifying customer needs, driving product adoption, and delivering solutions to customer challenges. Develop and pitch opportunities for key customers. Take ownership for driving/delivering against the business objectives and contribute to team success.

Plan and execute prioritized work in strategic plan for managed accounts, selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve plan objectives. Troubleshoot customer problems with minimal assistance and triage, when necessary. Utilize strong understanding of customer business objectives to offer strategic support and appropriately challenge where necessary. Support adoption of best-available solutions for customer needs.

Lead strategic plans for managed accounts by identifying customer needs, driving product adoption, and delivering solutions to customer challenges. Develop and pitch opportunities for key customers. Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations. Develop relationships with supported customers, acting as a point of contact for customers around all key areas.

Identify customer business objectives and set and own sales strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal partners (e.g., account managers, product specialists)

Identify revenue and growth opportunities

Identify revenue and growth opportunities within the market and/or customer, work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the sales, revenue growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, as well as the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.

Sales analytics

Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, provide data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analysis, utilize insights to influence others and drive change.

Share best practices and feedback

Share and scale successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate.

Sales strategy implementation

Execute previously developed sales strategies for specific markets and/or customers in collaboration with internal partners (e.g., account executives, product specialists)

Building pitches

Craft and deliver solutions to customers and agencies to achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Sales forecasting

Review revenue performance and projections for assigned areas and determine which customers will be aligned with specific metrics (e.g., KPIs), share updates on opportunities and activities with large accounts and mitigate potential risks at a macro and micro level.

Customer and portfolio management

Strategically partner with customers and own/drive customer relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives, build, grow, and maintain customer portfolios

Sales analytics for account managers

Analyze internal (e.g., maintaining pipelines, account-specific internal metrics) and external data and leverage existing tools/resources as appropriate and collaborate with cross-functional project teams (e.g., analytical leads) to prepare data and to structure and execute analysis.
