Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Senior Analyst - Admissions Revenue Management to join our Revenue Management team on a permanent basis. The role will be based at our London office near the world-famous South Bank, with a hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility.
Int his role, you will create and enhance dashboards and reports for effective Revenue Management, providing recommendations to Revenue Managers based on monitored demand levels and price point performance. You will also support pricing test design and analysis, sharing findings with stakeholders.
High on your list will be conducting in-depth analyses of demand, revenue drivers, competitiveness, and market trends. You will review and improve datasets, pricing tools, and methodologies, collaborating with teams for implementation. Communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key in this role, as well as developing expertise in demand and revenue drivers, encompassing customer, competitive, market, and financial aspects.

- Analytical experience working in data-driven environments, preferably in Revenue Management or pricing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Logical, analytical thinker with business acumen
- Advanced excel modelling skills
- Highly proficient manipulating large and complex datasets (SQL)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously
- Experience in travel or leisure industry is a plus
- Familiarity with data warehousing, and data pipelining solutions a plus
- Familiarity with A/B testing is a plus
