We are looking for a Reward Specialist to join our clients Reward team to provide expert advice and operational support on the full range of reward related activities. You will work on group-wide compensation processes, manage all aspects of the company bonus schemes, facilitate individual bonus payments and communications, and provide insights reports and recommendations on various aspects of the reward agenda such as pay strategy and gender pay.

At least 3 years of experience in reward management, preferably in a fast paced multi site environment, such as retail or logistics
A strong knowledge of reward principles, practices, and trends
A proven track record of delivering reward projects and initiatives
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
