Job Profile: RMA Assistant

Task Areas, Responsibilities:
● Receive and checking of a wide variety of electronics
● Supporting the department heads at the RMA centre with daily tasks
● Assist in quality checks with repaired items
● Maintain regular store and department interaction
● To react accordingly to tasks set out by the RMA Manager
● To deliver/ receive training as required
● Process/log stock

Reporting: RMA Manager
External: Suppliers/ Stores

Internal:

● RMA Manager
● Ecommerce & Logistics Manager
● Store employees
● E-commerce

Experience, Abilities, Qualifications
Personal expertise
● Basic understanding of store operations
● Willingness to show initiative
● Communication and presentation skills
● Affinity with Mobile phones, Electronics, and Computing products
● Effective Communication
● Interpersonal and Conflict management skills
● Positive attitude
● Self-motivated
● Good Technical skills are ideal

Professional expertise:
● Experience in an admin/ Repair environment is preferable, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50 per hour
