What can be offered to a Sale Administrator:

Key Requirements of an Sale Administrator:
- UK Driving Licence due to location.
- Internal Sale or Sale Administrator Experience 2 years.
- Ability to confidently communicate in well spoken English.
- Excellent ability to use Excel sheets and other Microsoft programmes.
- costing and pricing break downs and developments.
Key Task to undertake as an Sale Administrator:
- Quoting and processing orders for trade customers.
- Creating new trade opportunities.
- Maintain existing relationships with clients.
- Developing Scheme with house accounts.
- Developing costing and designs for client presentation.
- Supplier liaison.
- Item costing and break downs.
General Duties for an Sale Administrator:
- Developing quotes and parts requirements for projects.
- Producing part quote price listings.
- Expand, develop and document house account requirements.
- working closely with suppliers to develop and maintain good quality business relationships.
- Develop price strategies for clients.
- source and procure products that are not part of normal activities for client orders.
- Maintaining high quality financial and design paper work for audit trails, enquiries, invoices and purchase orders.
Key performance indicators for an Sale Administrator:
- Timely development of client quotes and specifications.
- Accurate development of Scheme costings and proposals.
- High quality client liaison both pre and post sales.
- Great communication with suppliers.
- Good internal communications.
- Continued relationship with suppliers with the ability to deliver items on time and with-in budget.
