SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency

Location: Banstead SM7

Salary: OTE GBP40k

Position: Permanent Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to develop a long and rewarding career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Banstead area.

You will need have a great track record in both property sales and the ability to seek and spot opportunities; familiarity with the local area would also be helpful. • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Banstead and surround areas helpful
• Full driving license essential and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
