About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team, based in Newton Abbot and working remotely. Your focus will be selling cloud telecom solutions and security products to businesses, schools, and charities in the South West.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Selling cloud telephone systems, mobile services, and security cameras
- Working collaboratively in a professional team of 10
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
Qualifications:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role
- 1-2 years’ Sales experience preferred
- Full driving licence required
You will certainly need excellent listening skills, empathy and be very good at meeting and communicating with the entire spectrum of customers. Each client has a different set of requirements – you are the key to ensuring that these needs are met.
You will also need to have good IT skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to win new accounts and develop existing accounts.
