Day-to-day duties:

• Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, leading interactions with customers to forge strong relationships to maximise opportunities and profitability
• Utilising your natural sales and account management experience to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Spotting new business opportunities, actively reaching out to potential customers who could benefit from the company's product range and following up on potential leads to convert them into successful sales
• Handling administration tasks relating to sales which includes negotiating with suppliers, preparing quotes, managing the CRM database, and processing orders
• Achieving and exceeding multiple targets and KPIs

• Has a history of achieving sales and driving new business, with prior experience in an account-handling role
