Exciting Sales Position for a Global Leading Organisation in High Wycombe!  £35,000 + Uncapped commission

About the role

We are looking for a qualified sales professional for placement as an Account Manager.   Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline, negotiating, and managing existing business relationships with the primary focus of winning and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Prospecting and acquiring new clients. Identifying potential business opportunities, initiating contact, and guiding prospects through the sales process to convert them into loyal clients.
  • Research and identify new potential clients and opportunities. Generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns and online research to adequately market and generate appointments to key prospect opportunities per priority list.
  • Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services tailoring sales presentations and pitches to the client’s needs and preferences.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to guide prospects through the sales process, establishing and nurturing relationships to gain their trust and confidence.
  • Analyse / evaluate competitor products in order to develop comparative alternative solutions for offering.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and issues including visiting customers for the purpose of product or service demonstrations, product performance, and business evaluation.
  • Negotiate and renew contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products or services aligns with client expectations.
  • Ensure adequate forecasting so stock levels are maintained to efficiently service account needs.
  • Provide sales quotes as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments providing feedback to improve products and services.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, account management and business development
  • B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with corporate level management.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • A full driving license

9AM - 5PM Office Based Role

£35,000 + Uncapped Commission
