Your new role
Able to work from our CRM system (preferred experience in Salesforce, but not essential)Keen level of organisation skills and maintaining a daily schedule
Lead negotiations in a consultative way, offering the very best customer service.
Building relationships within the flexible office sector
Ownership of the whole sales process from lead > deal > aftercare
Ensure pipeline and daily tasks are managed effectively
Confirm viewings, make pre- and post-tour calls to both client and office provider.
Achieve and exceed KPI's:
Detail-orientated qualifications and building rapport, encouraging long-standing relationships
Opportunity to complete the viewing stage
Completed viewing to deal stage
Price comparison and advisory support after viewing stage
Nurture existing clientele to encourage growth opportunities and repeat business
Exploring referral opportunities with every lead
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Sales Admin experience
- Ability to attract and retain the attention of clients
What you'll get in return
- £13 per hour
- Potential temp to perm
