Manpower are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a well regarded, family run manufacturing business based in Corby. As a Sales Administrator, you will be joining a small but vital team within the business, helping to coordinate and service new and existing customer accounts so will be involved in a wide variety of tasks such as helping customers with orders, providing pricing/delivery information, whilst liaising with the production team to ensure the customers expectations are met. A flexible approach to tasks, a high attention to detail and working well as part of a team is therefore essential.
Some key responsibilities would be
- Managing customer accounts
- Dealing with customer queries via telephone, email and other channels
- Liaising with the internal production team re capacity, product lead times, etc
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Supporting the processing of orders/raising invoices within the wider team as required
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager during the completion of RFQ's / Tenders
- Customer meetings/site visits/press passes
You will be able to demonstrate
- A positive approach to customer services, with a good telephone manner and desire to take ownership of tasks
- Open and clear communication at all levels throughout the business and with customers.
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working both alone and part of a wider team
- Confidence working to tight deadlines
- Previous experience of generating pricing / quotes
- Confidence using typical MS Products, particularly Outlook, Excel and ideally Dynamics
The hours of work are based around 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
In return you will be offered a basic salary paying up to GBP25,000.00 per annum depending on experience, 33 days a year holiday, alongside a variety of other benefits such as health cash plan, continued service recognition and more!
