The Job
- Provide high quality administrative support to the sales department.
- Ensure the timely completion of customer orders and sales enquiries.
- Maintain customer database with accuracy and pipeline information.
- Manage customer service target satisfaction levels for new and existing clients.
- Sales and general administrative duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and standards.
- Assist with export and logistics documentation.
- Organise freight transport and couriers.
About you
- An experience administrator that is happy to get involved with all aspects of the business.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Previous experience within a sales and customer service role
- Experience within the manufacturing sector would be a distinct advantage.
