What will you do
- Sales Order processing
- Arrange delivery of customer orders
- Support sales teams with administration, arranging travel/diary management
- Monitor sales performance and run analysis
- Flag any stock issues and requirements
- Provide customer service aftercare and deal with escalations
What you will need
- Used to working in a sales environment
- Experience of working with QVC would be an advantage
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Confident and customer oriented
