We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our oil and gas client based in South Aberdeen to work within their procurement team.
Job description;
Receiving and processing customer orders
Administration tasks including answering emails/phone calls, processing paperwork and updating database
Controlling customer relations and liaise with clients
Day to day responsibility for getting sales quotes out to customers
Liaising with procurement to ensure parts are purchased and delivered timeously to customer site
Working closely with the maintenance support team

Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good working knowledge and proficient in the use of MS
Able to work in the office full time
