We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our oil and gas client based in South Aberdeen to work within their procurement team.
Job description;
* Receiving and processing customer orders
* Administration tasks including answering emails/phone calls, processing paperwork and updating database
* Controlling customer relations and liaise with clients
* Day to day responsibility for getting sales quotes out to customers
* Liaising with procurement to ensure parts are purchased and delivered timeously to customer site
* Working closely with the maintenance support team

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good working knowledge and proficient in the use of MS
* Able to work in the office full time
