SALES ADMIN - Customer ACCOUNT MANAGER - £28000 - £32000 depending on exp – Manchester
We are looking for candidates that have Customer Account Mgmt and extensive client liaison experience – YOU will be part of a great inclusive team that offers development opportunities.
OFFICE BASED Mon – Fri role 37.5hrs a week, there is no home working.
Description - The Key Account Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Manchester, responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating proposals and quotations, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities - Working with new and existing clients to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service. Maintaining regular contact with clients to understand their priorities and objectives. Attending client meetings
Liaise with our internal delivery teams to ensure client objectives are achieved
Create proposals, monthly reports and quotations
Maintain client portfolio to deliver budget targets
Experience and Qualifications - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues
Experience with managing key accounts and maintaining successful long-term relationships
Be proficient in working with CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
Confident and engaging presenter
Have shown stability in previous roles and be committed to building a strong future career
