SalarySales Administrator - £24k - 26k per annum with a £2000 per annum bonus.
We have a permanent position as a Sales Administrator. Working hours are 9am to 5pm.
Working within a small team for a manufacturing business you will be expected to carry out the following duties.
Sales Administrator duties:
- Managing the email inbox and responding to enquiries,
- Calling customers back with the information they have requested,
- Administration tasks,
- Using MS Dynamics for order processing and data entry
- Placing orders for spare parts.
- Forwarding website to enquiries to internal staff.
- Placing purchasing orders for stock on MS Dynamics
To be considered for the Sales Administrator position, you must have experience with MS Office and be comfortable learning new software applications.
The ideal candidate would have previous office experience, with a particular focus on administration, but also be comfortable handling customer calls and emails.
