This position is a great opportunity for a self starter who wants to join a bubbly, motivated team. Joining the U.S Ecommerce team, you would be a crucial team member. Working closely with sales managers, carrying out any PA duties, responding to emails, processing all product information/sales across multiple client platforms and setting up new client profiles.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as PA to Sales Managers
- Process and set up new client profiles
- Input client/product information accurately onto internal and external portals.
- Minute take during sales meetings.
- Monitor retailer websites, ensuring all content is up to date.
- Action retailer support requests.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Previous administrative experience although not essential.
- Computer competent.
- Good communication skills.
- Can do attitude, ability to go above and beyond.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail is key to thrive in this position.
