Sales Administrator - Bedford - £25,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our expanding client . The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales processes. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing of orders and calendar management
-Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales contracts and proposals
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including updating customer information in the CRM system
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
