Sales Administrator
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.45pm Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team based in Gloucester!
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
* Collaborate with Estimating and Key Account Managers to generate customer quotations
* Attend to all incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
* Address incoming inquiries and provide relevant information
* Follow up on quotations and maintain records
* Generate sales orders and ensure prompt processing
* Coordinate with production to ensure timely deliveries
* Generate daily "Standard's despatch list"
* Connect delivery manifests

* Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
* Maintain a calm and professional demeanor with a good sense of humor
* Able to work extended and/or unsocial hours to the full requirements of the role
* Demonstrate outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); training will be provided if necessary
* Experience with Navision would be advantageous, and training will be offered to the suitable candidate
