The Role
A busy customer focussed role which will see you deal with all elements of the sales administration process for your own territory of customers, ensuring a first class service is delivered at all times. Key duties include:
- Main point of contact for all enquiries.
- Responsible for: stock availability, pricing, overdue orders, shipping information and general customer queries.
- Sales administration: order entry, stock allocation, invoicing and shipping.
- Supporting the wider office function including phone calls, Reception, postage and other ad hoc admin duties.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys a busy, fast paced role and is passionate about the customer journey. Key skills and attributes required:
- Previous customer service / admin experience.
- IT literate in MS Office.
- Excellent telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Desirable if you have used an ERP system: Access, SAP, Oracle etc
- Strong work ethic with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

- Competitive salary £25-26k DOE.
