Our client who is based in Bognor Regis is looking for a professional, organised and friendly person to join their thriving team.
If you enjoy talking to customers both face to face and over the telephone, have an interest in travel and have a strong administrative background then this could be the role for you.
In this role you will be
- Carrying out administrative duties including quotations, invoicing, emailing customers, updating internal systems, liaising with other departments within the company in order to resolve all customer queries, booking arrangements and general enquiries.
- General customer service over the phone and face to face
- Working as part of a team in order to provide an outstanding customer experience
Experience required
- 2 years administration and customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, enthusiastic and willing to learn
