Sales Administrator
Location: Mildenhall
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm - 40hrs per week (30-minute paid break and 1hr unpaid lunch)
Salary: £25,000per annum
Duration: 12-month fixed term contract

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team to provide support and assist customers and clients in a professional and timely manner. The right candidate will have sales administration and excellent customer service.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Sales is essential.
- Previous Sage experience is extremely advantageous.
- Excellent administration experience
- Strong team player
- Great organisation and ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Using Sage to process orders.
- Answer any telephone queries.
- Taking payments via the phone
- Maintaining the production schedule in order to facilitate all orders.
- Call handling, general support within the office
- Liaising with dispatch and transport team
- Maintaining excellent customer service to customers and clients at all times
- Inbox management
