Sales Administrator
Responsible to: Commercial Lead
£22K - £23K per annum
Permanent, part-time position: 3 days a week, Monday-Friday
The Company
Steel Cactus Recruitment are excited to be working alongside their client; a high end and fast-paced leisurewear company based in Sheffield. Due to a period of company growth they currently have a need for a Sales Administrator to join their vibrant and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Taking messages and responding to routine inquiries
• Complete administrative tasks as required.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, while helping manage customer expectations for upcoming projects.
• Being able to handle changing priorities and tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding project timelines as set by the project lead that incorporate each phase of the order process, and ensuring relevant tasks are completed
• Understand our ordering portals, enhancing user accessibility and enabling the generation of multiple orders.
• Utilizing Photoshop to enhance clarity and confirmation for the production team.
• Assisting the project lead and export team by providing resources required for the export of goods and services.
• Identifying potential issues and providing efficient resolutions.
• Promoting continuous improvements to provide ongoing value to key accounts.
The candidate
• The ideal candidate will have previous Sales Administration experience within a fast paced environment
• An interest in sports is preferred for this role
