We are on the lookout for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to manage customer enquiries at the initial point of contact with the Company, and to assist the sales team with daily administration activities.

Duties:
- Check the accuracy of the sales order against agreed quotation and/or the approved price list.
- Contact the customers to resolve any queries.
- Enter sales orders into the Company s ERP system that are received by the company via telephone, e–mail and sales representatives.
- Perform necessary checks for export control and obtain and complete the necessary export documents.
- Ensure all export compliance documents, invoicing and delivery notes are done according to the export compliance regulations;
- Maintain customer records on the Company s CRM system.
- Provide telephone support for the Sales and management teams by answering calls when they are absent and taking and delivering accurate messages.
- Prepare from established reports monthly KPI packs for management review.
- Work with the Sales and Management team to arrange and book their travel plans.
- Occasionally serve as host to visitors to the Company s facility.
This role is full time and office based role based in Uckfield.
