Sales And Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will

play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing efforts. The

Sales/Marketing Assistant will assist with various tasks to help promote our

products and services, manage social media platforms, create content and help

serve customers when we are busy in store. Working within a small business

the role is very varied and a willingness to assist in all areas of the business is

required.

It would be beneficial if you have some knowledge of how to create reels and

short videos for social media and an interest in the jewellery industry.

You will be motivated to help us get our message out to the public through

whatever means is required with an eye on business development to help in our

continued growth.

The role is fluid and will evolve in reaction to the needs of the business.

Duties:

- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,

Twitter, etc.)

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors

- Assist with the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers,

and presentations

- Liaise with customer regarding price negotiation, despatch of their orders

- Collaborate with transport customers and couriers

- Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating contact information

Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in social media management platforms

- Confident with customers

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all work

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
