We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant for a well-respected Publishing client based in the Farnborough area to kickstart their career in Marketing. This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a sought-after sector, whilst learning essential skills in a successful international Marketing team. This position is a full-time role Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to travel to regular events.
Responsibilities
Assisting to implement the company marketing and communications plan
Monitoring and reporting competitor activity
Researching and ordering merchandise for international events
Assisting with social media including scheduling posts, analysis and data processing
SEO uploads and key word research
Researching new subscribers through company and 3 rd party platforms
Updating subscriptions on email and CRM platforms
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or similar subject area
Some Marketing experience is desirable but may not be essential
Social media management and photoshop experience advantageous
Happy to work onsite 5 days a week, with some travel to national and international events
Proactive and motivated to learn new skills
