· Welcome customers as they enter our store

· Offer personalized styling tips

· Inform customers about fashion trends

· Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions, prices and discounts

· Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

· Maintain a fully stocked store

· Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

· Recommend and display items that match customer needs

· Manage point-of-sale processes

· Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments

· Keep up to date with product information

· Accurately describe product features and benefits

· Stock taking daily, counting with accurace

· Follow all companies policies and procedures

· Contributing to a team who are all proactive in offering the best service whilst sharing their passion for retailing and love for our brand;

· Being a brand ambassador for Scotch & Soda;

· Contributing to the day-to-day running of the store but also towards meeting individual and group targets.

· Use your extensive specialist knowledge and your power of inspiration to provide our customers with fabulous advice.

· As a brand ambassador, you offer our customers the perfect service.

· You enjoy getting involved in all areas of the store.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
