Key responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and assist in respond to inquiries coming through different digital and social media channels i.e. FB chat bot, LinkedIn, emails, Webpage contacts.
Work closely with Sales executives and client acquisition manager to implement sales strategies.
Follow up with potential clients, disseminate timely and accurate information related to service offerings, price and delivery timeline.
Record sales prospects and lead status in the hubspot/CRM platform.
Attend various company events and promotional activities.
Communicate with clients to collect service experience and share Google or trust pilot link.
