Sales Coordinator
Glasgow based with a balance of home and office working
£25,397- £26,734 per year
35 hours per week
We have an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our thriving Development Sales and Marketing team. The team will be responsible for the delivery and development of the affordable housing, market sale, grant funded and regeneration programmes and projects across the UK. The team will support and manage the day-to-day activities of the department and the end to end sales processes and services.
The role of Sales Coordinatorwill include:
- Support the sales and marketing teams to help gather, collate and store all information needed to launch a site
- Liaising with customers, estate agents, solicitors regularly
- Support senior management within the Sales and Marketing directorate with the delivery of cost effective services
- Coordinate a high level of data support the development of sales and marketing related processes
- Maintaining the CRM system and processing leads. This could be extensive daily data entry of lead processing on to CRM system as well as the day to day processing of exchanges, completions and preparing documents to be sent internally and externally
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience within Sales in undertaking a similar role
- Experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Qube would be desirable
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least grade C GCSE English and Maths
- Strong administration background, experience of handling sales progression as this will be a key task
- Good organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Working knowledge of Help to Buy regulations, consumer codes and outright sales current practice
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Travel may be required for the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
