I am working with a client who is looking for an experienced Motor Trade professional who has a demonstrable background in sales or as a Development Manager within the motor trade who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to progress into a field based Sales Development Manager.
What is needed as a Sales Development Manager:
- Previous experience of sales or similar within the Motor Trade.
- Experienced in dealing with warranty products and service plans.
- A good understanding of client and relationship building.
- Able to develop, grow and drive the business and revenue forward.
- Can create and implement a strategy of continuous growth across dealer networks.
- Able to translate the clients “Trusted Partner” vision into all new clients.
- Can confidently present and deliver the clients products range to new customers.
- Experienced with meeting KPI’s and targets.
- Able to manage both client and stakeholder expectations based on business need and organisational priorities.
- Have good organisational and management skills
- Have a full UK driving licence
