Sales Director
We have an exciting opportunity for a polished Sales Director to come on board to lead a successful New Business team, within an innovative Market Solutions provider. This is an exciting opportunity, as you will be responsible for accelerating our client's growth, across the UK. By creating bespoke campaigns that drive sales and deliver unrivalled Return on Investment.
- Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm
- Fully Office Based, Milton Keynes
- Salary £60,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities include: -
- Developing Sales Strategies for the wider team
- Creating and executing team sales plans
- conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams are imperative to the success of this role.
Essential experience: -
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within Sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic leader
- Experienced Presenter, who can engage their audience through story telling.
- Strong at delivering a Sales Pitch
- Driven and ambitious
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
