Now Hiring: Sales Director for ClearCourse Retail

Looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in software sales? Join ClearCourse Retail as our Sales Director to work with Product Directors across 8 distinct software brands and lead our team to new heights.


About ClearCourse

ClearCourse Group is a rapidly growing collaborative of disruptive technology innovators dedicated to building brilliant software and payments solutions. We were formed in 2018 with investment from New York-based private equity firm Aquiline to build a portfolio of complementary software with our own integrated payments platform and professional service businesses.

We have 40 brands located across the UK and internationally, with two primary UK ClearCourse hubs, in which multiple brands are located in London and Preston. These market-leading software businesses form our five verticals; with our integrated payments platform, ClearAccept intrinsic to the entire organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for acquiring new logo customers.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of 10 sales professionals while mentoring and developing their skills and capabilities.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance and resource allocation.
  • Provide insightful reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and represent our company at industry events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software sales leadership experience, driving new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets personally and through leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of software sales cycles and consultative selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset with a passion for technology.
