Form of workWe are recruiting for a dynamic, fast-paced IT services (primarily asset lifecycle) business with plans for significant growth over the next 3-5 years. They have already developed a strong reputation for working in a bespoke manner with clients across multiple private and public sectors and geographies. Seeking to expand their offering and client base, the business is looking for a Director of Sales to lead on new client acquisition, account management and development, sales planning and operational growth.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a high profile and challenging opportunity for a forward thinking and innovative sales leader with the motivation to scale up sales teams at an ambitious rate. Experience of operating in a PE-backed or entrepreneurial environment would be a distinct advantage, though we welcome applications from those wishing to leave a larger corporate for an agile, high-growth environment.
You’ll develop a long-term commercial strategy in line with the needs and goals of the wider organisation; you will be an accomplished sales leader able to inspire and motivate your team to succeed. This role requires someone who is commercially focused and a true strategic thinker able to drive and deliver sales and account management strategy and agenda.
Coupled with a demonstrable track record of achieving stretch sales targets, you will need solid experience in the IT services arena (preferably a hardware/asset lifecycle focus working with channel partners).
