- Communicate directly with customers, defining scopes of work, answering difficult technical questions, and helping customers to maximize their benefit from our product
- Provide customer education (write help content or create webinars, presentations and videos about SKY ENGINE AI platform and solutions)
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and Twitter and other media to educate them on SKY ENGINE’s product/service and qualify those prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for SKY ENGINE
- Cooperate and drive business results with large enterprise customers
- Develop new business opportunities and generate and qualify sales approved leads
- Orchestrate in-person visits and remote meetings to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and goals and aid sales in the process of gathering customer needs
- Propose solutions based on SKY ENGINE AI technology addressing customer needs and pain points
- Travel to industry events, conferences, hold face-to face meetings to build relationships with prospective clients
- Run technical demos and presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Train sales team on SKY ENGINE AI platform demos and product features
- Develop deep understanding of SKY ENGINE AI products
- Cooperating with our R&D team members and Account Executives
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- At least 4 years of experience in technical sales role (e.g. Product management, Sales Unit, Technical Support) or previous experience as a Sales Engineer
- Technical education (or equivalent practical experience) and required business experience working with sales team
- Excellent command of high-level communication in English
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Nice to have: good market understanding in the areas as computer vision and machine learning
