Researching the market and identifying new sales leads wherever there is an Electro-mechanical requirement across facilities management, health authorities, local authority & industrial markets
Meeting with customers over the phone, email, or on site to assist in aspects of business development.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements- speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Regular communication with customers to continually build the relationship.
Ensure that our sales process is adhered to and the sales funnel for your respective region is maintained, updated and submitting weekly reports to develop Key & Target account management to increase sales across all market segments.
A "can do attitude" to buisness development and growing long-term relationships with customers.
Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
Meeting/exceeding sales targets.

TECHINICAL BACKGROUND
Strong negotiation skills within engineering is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
A full driving licence.
Must have the relevant work visa to work in the UK.
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Must have experience in a Sales environment, selling similar services into the North West Region.
