Salary- Contract Type: 3-month contract with potential for extension

- Pay Rate: £16.09 per hour. Commission £120 per sale
- Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in selling Shared Ownership properties to join our team at a bustling new homes development in York. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and sales, who can build rapport with clients and work well within a team.
Day to Day of the Role:- Selling New Build and Shared Ownership apartments, with 46 private and 42 Shared Ownership units remaining.
- Interacting with clients to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Building good rapport with potential buyers and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborating with two other team members in the Marketing Suite to achieve sales targets.
- Working office-based hours at the Marketing Suite.
- Proven experience in selling Shared Ownership properties.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
- Understanding of regulatory matters related to property sales, including fraud prevention.
