Location: Scape HQ, London, W1T
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am and 5:30pm
Fixed Term: March - September 2023
Main responsibilities include:
- To act as the key point of contact for prospective residents who are looking for their next home
- To answer all enquiries from residents or prospective residents in a friendly manner and in line with the Scape standards
- To qualify all enquiries from prospective residents, establishing their requirements.
- To have second to none knowledge of the different options available and make recommendations of the right home for each potential resident
- To guide prospective residents through the booking journey, being constantly on hand to answer any queries.
- To organise, coordinate and follow up tours of our buildings with prospective residents
- To use our extensive technology stack (CRM, VOIP, PMS software) to ensure all communication with prospective residents is both timely and in line with Scape standards
- To ensure all file notes and other records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
- To continuously strive to exceed personal targets and be accountable for individual and team performance
- To understand the competitive landscape and develop a sound awareness of market trends
- Prepare ad hoc sales reports by analysing and summarising information for presentation
- To support colleagues in the sales team as and when required
- Support the wider Scape team in various tasks including around turnover periods and other times as and when required

- Professional across phone, email, instant messaging and live chat
- A desire for a fun but fast paced, high-volume sales role
- Enthusiasm, confidence, and determination to succeed
- A natural self-starter who is self-motivated and strives to do their best

- Microsoft Office product suite and ability to learn new processes.
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Excellent problem solving and skills A flexible, hands-on individual who is happy to get involved in other areas of Scape as required
