Our client is currently seeking a Telesales Executive to join their thriving team on a permanent basis.
The Role: Telesales Executive
The Location: South Kent
Salary: £30,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmDuties:
To sell products, service contracts and generate leads for the Region Sales Managers to new and existing customers to meet monthly targets.
Grow the customer database by cold calling prospective customers to sell products.
Update CRM system with new prospective customers to assist the marketing team.
Follow up on leads from trade shows and marketing opportunities.
Research geographical areas to increase coverage for both service operations and sales.The successful candidate will be:
Confident in identifying new business to establish their needs
Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
Organised
Attention to detail
A team player
Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
Great customer service
