Having cemented their reputation within the Aerospace sector our client, a Precision Engineering specialist, is now seeking to expand further opportunities through, diversification and development to its client base. The business offers bespoke CNC machining, Fabrication, Assembly and Metal Finishing services to an array of sectors including Aerospace, Motor-sport and Energy, providing a ‘one-stop shop’ engineering solutions operation.
The business mission: To provide profitable, first-class precision engineering services to an expanding client base, now requires the addition of a Sales Development professional to help drive the company’s ambitious growth plan/on time/at cost quality first time.
We are keen to talk with people from within the engineering sector, or those with an understanding of engineering principles, who have strong commercial acumen combined with experience of working within a driven sales environment.
It is essential that candidates have some understanding of precision engineering and the various markets allied to the sector. Applicants should be confident and articulate, able to develop, expand and cement professional relationships to drive growth and revenue. They do not need to be conversant with machining.
The position will require applicants to hold a full driving licence and be comfortable and confident to travel as required to attend client meetings.

Location: Alfreton Area (Junction 28 corridor)
Salary: Negotiable Base Circa £30k per annum + commission + Car/ Car allowance + Pension. Depending on experience, sector knowledge and contact knowledge. Must be motivated towards sales growth, with a proven history of growing order books intake/sales. The candidate needs to be forward thinking and identify opportunities for themselves.
