We are working with a leading medical engineering company based in Malmesbury and we are looking for a Sales Executive who is fluent in German to join there sales team in the selling of medical equipment, we are constantly pushing the boundaries and providing innovative solutions to all clients. They are looking for someone who has a drive and ambition to take there company to new heights.
The Role:
- Process inbound Sales requests: New & Existing sellers email, web & phone to request help selling their equipment. Progress inbound requests with support of the internal specialist valuation team & maintain communication with sellers.
- Coordinate collections with 3rd party logistics provider: Where appropriate, arrange collection of the stock from the seller and transport to our warehouse for processing.
- Coordinate customer collections: Where stock has been transferred for our warehouse liaise with Buyers to agree collection or delivery and coordinate with external logistics partner.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Day to day contact with regular Sellers, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Triage leads from new Seller enquiries, decline sales when stock value is below an economic threshold.
- Active sales progressed in a timely manner with new Vendor & sale entry paperwork completed.
- Maintain a sales pipeline of leads being progressed.
- Communicate with Sellers to confirm product information required to process sales.
- Sellers approve stock valuation & any minimum reserve prices that must be achieved.
- Resolve customer queries in advance of collection and update vendors where specifically required.
- Identify customer packing requests and coordinate with Logistics provider.
- Monitor unsold stock, ensuring entry into future sales and liaise with Seller to agree adjustments to reserve prices.
Requirements:
- Ideal: Good knowledge of a broad range of medical equipment but not essential
- Strong personal drive with a hands-on, detail oriented, analytical approach.
- Commercially minded with proven sales experience
- Strong organisational & problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience working in an international environment.
