An experienced Inbound Sales Executive with at least 1 year of teleSales Executive is needed to join our team at Houzecheck, a leading property surveying firm based in Watford on a full-time basis.
We are a small company that has grown hugely in the last 5 years, and we have lots of plans for 2024 - it's an ideal opportunity to get in now and grow with the company.
You will work a 7.5-hour shift from 8 am to 8 pm, with 1 x half-day Saturday worked 1 in 4 weeks, paid as overtime. Our hybrid working is 4 days in the office and 1 day at home once trained.

About the Role
We are a friendly professional property surveying firm based in Watford, and we are looking for experienced Inbound Telesales Executives to speak to our lovely customers. All warm leads, no cold calling! This role is based on-site, working from our offices in Watford (one day per week at home once trained).
You must have some telephone sales experience and the ability to build rapport quickly, close the sale and meet targets. You will also need good customer service skills as this is a soft sell environment. If you have sales skills, we can teach you everything you need to know about the property surveying business to be successful in the role.
Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 + commission OTE GBP30,000 - GBP32,000
