Role Description:
Eco Clarity is at the start of an exciting time of growth and development, with extensive plans to open new sites across the UK. As we grow our operation, we need passionate and experienced team members to help us achieve our strategy and continue to deliver excellence.
This new position as Sales Executive will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to increase the sales and profit of the Company. This will include the ability to identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers in the waste management sector.
Day to day responsibilities will include monitoring, updating and reporting of Hubspot our CRM system and providing senior management a weekly comprehensive overview of the current customer business accounts. Working closely alongside our Marketing and Operations teams, this role will be accountable for bringing in new business and maintaining relationships with our current customers with the ability to negotiate effectively within defined margins.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To generate new business sales, that in turn increases business profits
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls, handle customer needs by building and developing new business relationships to generate income for the Company.
- Reach monthly and annual sales targets in line with regional targets.
- Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
- Ensure to meet, or exceed, customer expectations in relation to deliverables.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to increase sales volume.
- Monitor and track all CRM system records and coordinate the raising of any concerns to the management team.
- Ensure all customer activity is logged accurately on the CRM package, including all interaction, calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, quotes, and complaints.
- Ensure effective communication with all customers when required.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company.
- Compliance with companies H&S policy and behaviours, act in a manner that always keeps yourself and colleagues safe.
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience within sales is required.
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Previous experience working within the Liquid Waste Industry or a related field is highly desired.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, ideally having worked with Hubspot before.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
- Identifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
