Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and strategic sales techniques. At Buildrite, we're a one-stop provider for all construction services, primarily offering architectural and structural engineering services. While basic knowledge of construction and familiarity with planning processes with the council would be advantageous, it's essential to be driven to excel in sales with excellent communication skills. Regarding knowledge of how architectural projects work with the council, we're willing to bring you up to speed. Most importantly, we seek someone eager to learn, provide exceptional customer service, and earn a good income in the process.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and close sales

- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities and customer interactions

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English language.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and close sales

- Experience in telemarketing and sales techniques

- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- Strong passion for sales and achieving targets
