Exciting opportunity to work for one of our Wolverhampton-based manufacturing clients as a Sales Ledger Clerk. This is a permanent, full-time, and onsite opportunity. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Sales Ledger Process, chasing debts, and other ad-hoc duties.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end Sales Ledger, including producing a high number of invoices
- Performing credit control duties to ensure all payment plans are adhered to
- Sending out credit notes
- Ensuring monthly targets are met
- Resolving customer queries and escalating any to appropriate internal parties
- Supporting the finance team with any other ad-hoc duties
The successful candidate should ideally have experience working in a similar standalone Sales Ledger role and should be a self-starter.
