SalaryOverview:
My client, a local family-owned business based in Erith, Kent, are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger & Credit Controller to join their busy accounts team on a permanent basis.
The role would suit someone with a great work ethic, who is looking for longevity in their next role!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process more than 100+ orders per day to invoice
- Assess customer credit limits and raise any issues with senior management
- Process customer credits
- Ensure you chase overdue money within an agreed time frame via email and phone
- Assist with cash allocations
- Work systematically on in house systems
- Assist with any finance administration
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience working within a busy accounts team
- Confident chasing debt by phone and email
- Experience conducting credit checks on various companies
- Great common sense and team player mentality
Package:
- £26,000 - £30,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (office based)
