**Job Title: Sales Manager - Metering & Billing Solutions for Construction & Housing Sectors**

- Conduct in-depth market analysis to tailor our value proposition, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the heat networks and heat interface unit market.
- Orchestrate compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits and USPs of our offerings.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts that benefit both the client and the company, fostering enduring partnerships.

**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of sales success within the construction and housing association market, particularly within metering and billing or closely related sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in selling to and engaging with key decision-makers across the specified industries.
- Technical knowledge of heat networks and/or heat interface units, or an eagerness to master this area.
