Overview
New opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Manager to work on sites across Northumberland. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
The Role
Working for a builder who builds new homes for both rent and sale and who has a passion for building high quality new homes your duties will include: managing a sales team, ensuring that they hit their sales targets; training in areas like sales and customer service; liaising with the marketing team to ensure that sales literature is accurate and available and that show homes are being presented correctly. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing and submitting sales reports weekly.
The Person
The successful candidate must be self-driven, highly motivated and enthusiastic with experience of managing a sales team. In addition to this, the successful candidate must have an in depth experience of residential salesandthe abilityto demonstrate a track record of managing a high performing sales team.
They must have the ability to work under pressure in a target orientated environment and be of a commercial mindset.
Remuneration
£40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
