Working for the Best bunch of Property People, a genuine forward thinking ambitious independent Estate Agency, you will be emerged in the Sale Property Market.
Hours; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays
* Offering a package between of £50k OTE
* Package is dependent upon you, and can be tailored accordingly.
* All the normal benefits and incentives.
* Cold Beers in the fridge always!
The job;
* You'll still get your kicks out the job, being an Estate Agent who conducts valuations, viewings, negotiates, progresses sales and has a high-level overview of the office pipeline too.
* You will forecast the months ahead, make predictions and ensure targets are met.
* You'll be a natural motivator, with experience of creating, implementing, and monitoring realistic targets across sales, solicitor, and financial services referrals for your team to achieve.
* Become embedded in the local community, be an expert on the local area.
* You will be responsible for the Sales pipeline of the office, working to a monthly target.
