- Generating new business and associated sales growth by promoting and selling products/services to the Direct and B2B Freight markets
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximise volume/revenue/yield
- Manage and negotiate with leading accounts
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- To develop and share knowledge of market changes and competitor activity with the team
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Actively grow revenue through new business generation, selling to the market together with P&O Ferries route network
- To work as one team and share best practice to drive performance
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Manager - German/Polish/French Speaking will need...
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks of the month
- Fluency with German/Polish/French
- Excellent Sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving key kpi sales targets
- Ability to interact confidently with internal and external customers in their own environment
- Advanced negotiating skills
- Capable of delivering business through use of online platforms
